I have been trying to create 3 Squidoo lenses, and I failed each time. I get the same error: You cannot publish the content because you violate some Squidoo TOS. What is wrong with my strategy? I split my spun text into various text sections and I also add videos from Youtube. Still it says: Low content. What should I do?

Do you have some CB offers?
I have the same problem and found out from somewhere that it is because of the CB shit.
I am not making money with CB anyway and might remove them.

how many words of content do you have?

I think you need like 300-500 words minimum...

try tossing in some extra modules, guest books / link lists / etc.

also add content in the preamble / title

Every Internet marketer should be boycotting this service. They have chosen to take down as many IM lenses as possible. Look at the top 10 lenses. Are they just the cheesiest things you've ever seen? Seriously, dont waste your time.

I just submit spinned articles here that I also use on low PR sites... why the hell not.

They need to make a new category named '9Gag' for the bullsh*t on the top 10 list.. just sayin

In the top section "Introduction, Contents & Discovery Tool" Add lots of test to the description part. This usually gets me past the message you are getting. Plus like Fwiffo said add more modules. Add the photo one, rss, big link arrow, and as much text as possible. I have one lens that gets around 100 hits a day and I get around 10 clicks to my money site a day from it, plus the lens makes about $10 per month. Not much but it buys me breakfast once a month.

Wow. That is so awesome... $10/month is like from just one lens is like heaven to me... Thanks for your advice. I will go full throttle to get my lens published. Then, I will contact you through PM as to how to make it get so many clicks... If you don't mind :D

Did all you asked me to... Still couldn't publish it :(. Have applied for greenlighting.

I have more than 600 words in total at least.

It can be the "modules" they want you to use. Click "edit progress" and it`ll you show green check marks, outside from squidlikes and giantsquidlike

Squidoo have a list of blacklisted keywords. It's on there somewhere, check the tos. Maybe worth a look if your still stuck

Yes, Except for publishing, squidlikes and giantsquidlike, my progress is complete.

No, my keyword is not in there either.

Thanks anyway everyone...

They have some of most stringent (borderline idiotic, rather) rules for submissions. Pretty much everything that is out there already doesn't get through. That, too, is arbitrary: some of them go through and some don't. There was huge hue and cry over this because some people who publish decent lenses with really good content weren't getting them through either.

When I create Squidoo lenses nowadays, I just feed them quickly put together unique content. Seems to work for me every time. Spun content, for me at least, just wouldn't get through despite trying everything under the sun: adding all interactive modules I could, writing unique descriptions, sub-heads, what not!

I see... So, if that is the case, I will publish unique content and return here to tell you whether it gets published or not.

Thanks a lot...
