i forgot which one, but there is a CPA download offer in offervault. It is youtube downloader tool and convert it to mp3 automatically. i think it will suit good with that domain

If you already have a script that allows users to download the audio from a youtube video, just require them to do a CPA offer before downloading their mp3

about the email part, a cpa offer is one thing, but is there like a plugin that forces users to submit their email before the use the site?

I would ask them to submit a form with the youtube link, and an email so they could get the download link.

you can get free proxys on internet but this proxys sometime not work ,otherwise you contact ISP to buy proxys
