I have a website which has recently climbed to No.2 for a keyword relating to the job market on Google thanks to a lot of SEO. I am struggling to find a way to successfully monetize it and I am looking for ideas.

I currently have a CPA offer for people looking to re-enter the workplace, but it's not getting much clicks. I am going to do some brainstorming and write down a few more ideas and thoughts and see what I can come up with. I just thought I would ask here to see if anyone can help get me started on the right path.

As usual I appreciate everyone's opinion and I look forward to hearing your ideas, thanks!

You need an ad at the top of the page as well, and maybe a forum to keep people on site longer,as well as collect email's yourself.,there's one that integrates into WordPress well, but I don't remember the name of it,its not bbpress though.

Yeah I am currently working on the forum, I was going to embed a forum into it like I have done with my 'Talking Walking Dead' website. The embeddable forums I have used before are called 'Nabble'.

Might want to take your site/niche down. Unless you want more competition.

Well, all that said... If your looking for high paying jobs that don't require a college degree look to the trades. Plumber, electrician, carpenter, mechanic, etc.

These kinds of jobs will always be needed regardless of the economy.

When I was running heavy equipment for a living I was bringing in $100k+/net a year, and a well trained chimp could have done that work. Mind you, you pretty much are selling your right to having a life in the process. Works for some, others can't hack it. IF I had to I'd go back. hell, I've considered going back and doing IM on the side. It is easy work.
