Might need to look into better proxies. As the ones your using sound like there abused.

In my experience, it's not about your IP, it's about which platform you run... If you register under 0/m/iphone/touch.facebook, will request your mobile number after you run around few days on that platform. OR if you run many account with same platform, you will be asked to verify your mobile number...
