This isn't really a buy keyword nor is it a informational keyword really. Just a general term to be honest. It is a famous rapper related site.

I do not know how to monetize it at all. Only have adsense on there right now.

I also got first page of google for very competitive keyword and also my visits are the same like before. I hit 8#.. so yes i will see how many visits i will get after i get in top 3

To be honest, I havn't looked into content locking much. I know what it is all about, but not sure which content locker would be best, and how exactly to work them.

This with the fact that I don't know what I could give away without them wanting to shut my site down. I could provide mixtape downloads etc. I host all his mixtapes on my site, Possibly something I can do, but I am unsure as to how many hits those really get.

The thing is the EMD keyword is (artist)albums.com.

I can't upload albums of his, as it would be illegal, and get the site taken away I'm assuming. So I'm not sure exactly sure what to do with it at this point.

like other have said, getting on the first page doesn't mean much unless you are in the top 3-4 spots.

You could embed their videos from youtube. Have a 'download here' button that will take them to vidtomp3.com or similar. When they click the download button have the survey appear and then when it's completed redirect them to vidtomp3.

I'm not sure if you can do the redirect when it they complete the survey using a networks locker but you can do it with content locker pro.

I agree with the one suggestion on content locking. I have a site that is probably more of an authority site at this point. It was my first MNS and it barely makes me anything. In my case it's simply not a subject that people are going to click on ads. That was my mistake that I will not make again.

You must get at least to spot 3 in order to see some real improvements.

Only 1st page doesn't mean anything.

I have plenty sites on page 1 but only the ones hitting the first 3 spots are gaining traffic.

Also, as Google are prone to show advertisements above the actual organic search engine results be aware that on some screens the ads blend in perfectly with the actual engine results.

What does this mean? Effectively even though you may be ranking for number one / two or three because of the four ads being shown above you are actually ranking on the page in positions five and higher and may appear below the fold on some peoples screens..

I'm pretty sure that everyone has seen this; A classic example of Google placing ads where-ever they can.....

This is my exact issue, and situation. Was my first MNS. Now its authority. Not a very clickable subject though.

I am now rank number 4 for it.
