I have two really quick questions,
1. What are the programs called where you load up an account list and mass follow a twitter account with many accounts. Can someone link me to a free or cheap one?
2. Where can I buy twitter accounts in bulk?

1. Not sure I understand quite what you're saying, but if you're trying to do what some of those Fiverr gigs do TweetAttacks is pretty good. I don't have TweetAdder but I've heard that that is good as well.
2. I think there are a few suppliers here on BHW but again, if you are thinking of opening a Fiverr gig like that it will be a huge investment for accounts and proxies - the most popular gigs these days offer above 10k followers.

I meant the program that will make the accounts follow the account I want to gain followers. Isn't there something free?

dude, why reinvent the wheel ...go dl tweetattacks free, then purchase the pro version when you have some cash to spend

this php script forces the accounts to follow the desired account /... + the /z_o_m_b_i... account
and in the worst case abuses your xk accounts
