HUGE SCAM IN INDIA: ebiz/Pawan Malhan

Hey Guys, any of you have heard about ebiz being run by a guy named Pawan Malhan (I think)? It's a MLM. Thousands of college students are felling dupe in this program. That company (ISO certified!) is charging INR 9000 to join the program, promising hundreds of thousands as usual. Many of my friends have now enthusiastically signed up, and when I tried to explain how MLM scheme works, well you know the reaction in these situations. I didn't get beaten up simply because I am their friend. Even school students of standard 12 are signing up, taking money from their parents.

The guy is very clever I think. I have heard he is a Canadian citizen. I believe he chose India to run his scheme since Indians are generally not aware of how MLM/HYIPs etc works. Even if he can charge a moderate amount to millions of Indians (still a small fraction of the country), he will be golden.

I know there are many Indians here, that's why I am posting it. Have any of you heard about him and this ebiz before OR have any of signed up? What's your thoughts?

Same kind of scam is running on my country and a report showed on newspaper that the scammer company has banked at least $60000000 from people in last 6 months. Marketers, Web developers and other professional have tried to make people aware of them. Nothing worked. Trying to aware people about these things is pointless. They just don't get it...
So let the idiots be scammed. People who thinks earning money is that easy, should also learn that loosing money is also that easy

Great Point. That "Google pays me ₤72 an hour" add is also very old and still going strong. Why these programs haven't collapsed by now?? MLM/HYIPs are generally short lived. I mean, these are OBVIOUS scams. Are people idiots or what?

What is your intention, you want to stop this guy or join this mlm or open a mlm of your own?

btw, mlm in India are illegal activity and are covered under Prevention of Ponzy Scheme Act (don't remember the exact name). so if somebody reports this he is going to jail.

Ya there is also famous scam about Jobs in Dubai. I got registered for that site and everyday they are sending me e-mails that you are selected for the the job and get registered to the website. Only if things were that simple and easy

if i am presented with an offer that sounds to good to be true, i make a choice....

if i make that choice, and it isnt a scam, then i am called smart because i made a lot of money, but if i make that choice and lose money, then society calls me a victim.

the guy running the scam is not the issue - its the people who participate.

that guy should file a lawsuit against all of those people and get a court settlement to be awarded their homes and all of their personal belongings because they made him money he didnt deserve, thereby making him feel more important than he really is..... in the u.s., he would likely win.

It is very evident by the way you are talking that you have been successfully brain washed by other ebiz idiots and also the fact that you are using "ji" for everything. I have seen idiots who got into the whole ebiz scam. A lot of friends got into it I told them a zillion times that its a scam. See the point here is that its a scam you won't be making any money. The only per on who makes money in MLM is the guy who starts it and thats it. The structure of MLM is designed to collapse and it will . Unless idiots keep joining those shammy stuff. Forget about MLM its not worth it.

You don't get ISO Certificate and ROC certificate like that only. And Dr. Pawan Malhan Ji is not at all a guy you may be.... He has completed his Ph.D frm IIT Delhi in Physics and Mathematics, and he was in UGC, India till the year 2003. Right now he is promoting IT education all over India. What is wrong in that.
