I have a issue. i just bought your service and i got 50 socks, but when i try to use them in your Firefox add on tool i time out and get a error page saying,
Tittle: The proxy server is refusing connections
Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

Can you please help? I would PM you but i don't have 15 posts...lol

Hi Everyone,

Proxylist.co is undergoing the major upgrade to multi-threaded proxy engines, including the hardware upgrade (to 32GB RAM on 3 servers) to boost the proxy scanning engines to pull in more working proxies. Because of that, we had the small hiccups in our proxy engines in the last few days.

After the major upgrade is completed, proxylist.co will then be merged into the new Web 2.0 platform that will be much easier for everyone to look up the proxy related details/issues/instructions, with few help from long-time proxylist.co customers.

The goal is to maximize the resources from my powerful servers to allow for much more working proxies for all customers.

As expected, Proxylist.co is running very strong, providing nearly 3,000-5,000 SB/G00gle proxies daily, on top of around 6,000-9,000 HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS proxies daily.

We just finished the major multi-proxy engines/proxy hunter engine upgrades recently (except SMTP SOCKS), emphasizing on better large quantities of working proxies to keep up with the growth.

At last, we are fine-tuning the SMTP SOCKS tester engine, as we expect that last part to be completed by tonight to improve the working SMTP SOCKS. After that, the front-end proxylist.co web interface will be replaced in the next few days.

As we have known, Proxylist.co has been running very strong for nearly 2 years, keeping up with the latest changes going on out there.

SMTP Socks test engines are finally updated to be working much better than before. Of course, the SMTP SOCKS depends on the ability of how the mailer is used.

At last, the entire multi-proxy test engines finally have been upgraded based on emphasis on better proxy timeout quality on all proxies.

Today's Stats: Approx: 2,800 SB/G00gle proxies, on top of around 5,000-7,000 proxies in the last 24 hours.

Notes/Reminders about Proxylist.co:
- Instead of dealing with huge out-of-date lists like other sites out there with unknown reliability, Proxylist.co proxy services has the latest, tested "fresh" working proxies that would not require you to do any manual testing. Just download it and use it right away...it takes few seconds to start using it right away, using our proxy tools (or your tools).
- We are working on proxy tool FF addon (delays due to the crazy FF updates (10, then 11!!!) that will have several nice features that will benefit everyone.
- In few days, we will integrate the latest proxy list front-end development web interface to proxylist.co that will make it look very sexy. We will let everyone know about this part after we completed the difficult integration task.

Hi Emily,

This web redesign project took bit longer due to the WP theme issue, which I am not too happy with the original theme (too limited).

We found a better WP framework theme that will allow for fine-customizing the proxylist web page. I assure you that it will be ready very soon...hopefully by the end of this month. I assure you will like the new theme design.

Other than the web site appearance issue, Proxylist.co is still running very strong as usual.
