A less than 24 hour turn-around... don't know if that's to be expected with every order but this was definitely nice.
Communication: Didn't have any issues whatsoever, he was quick to respond to my messages.
Reporting: It was standard xls file, listing all the sites posted to. The pricing was great so i can't complain there..
