Black Hat Community Members,

I am willing to admit when I am wrong, and will do so on this public forum (see what i did thurr).

I also fell under the hope that dragonworks/dragonbuddy was a legitimate member of our community and paid him in full $440 US Dollars for an Iphone 4S. Knowing damn well my money was at more of a risk than reward, i fought on. I told you all to wait for the reviews before claiming this guy was out to scam. There will never be any reviews, there will never be any Iphone 4S's, there will never be anything.

I don't understand what it is he's hoped to achieve though, because being the smart person I am i contacted paypal prior to paying him saying i think this might not be a legitimate business deal please make a note of it on my account for future disputes. Being a PREMIER member of pay pal they did just that.

I waited and after hearing excuse after excuse after lie after lie today i took back my money! Pay pal has told me i will be refunded in FULL in the next 10 days unless he decides to let the money go first. I don't understand what he was hoping to accomplish with this.

I don't release personal and private information, however, if you end up being scammed I have his facebook, address and real name.

Thanks for listening to my plea of forgiveness - I put my credibility on the line only to be completely in dismay. I hope all of you that put your trust in someone end up on the right side of the sword.

Nothing wrong with taking a calculated risk when you know you can always recall the transaction. You gave the guy a chance and he tried to screw you - and failed. Good for you for attempt - bad on him on his attempt.

I ended up 1k in the hole from this because he told me to cancel the first one, but i got that payment back today.

Had a chat with him. I can post logs if necessary from a Mod. I got a bit angry and did started using some rude language - but apart from that - he keeps telling me that NO ONE has ordered an iPhone from him and I am pretty sure AT LEAST 2 have.

It is always iPhones/iPads where the scammers try to get money.
Its a product with the highest demand, and i would have a guess that its not possible to get them without some insane high volume wholesale deal, or 1-2 year contracts and export them that way.
If i could get cheap iPhones, even with contracts and unlock myself, any amount, i wouldnt go around on a forum to try to sell it. Think about it, you can sell them quickly locally, or neighbor countries.

While i would easily understand if people are selling Sony Ericsson / Samsung or Nokia phones..it happens all the time in Europe, in small amounts too.

So he FINALLY responded to the dispute i have open on Paypal...with the following.

The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. We haven't confirmed the tracking information yet but wanted to share it with you.

Tracking number: Virtual payment
Shipping company: Virtual Item

I think this may help me get my money FASTER now.

Just got off the phone with pay pal disputes and they laughed at his attempt and rewarded me my money back. I hope everyone else fairs as well as I did. I also hope a MOD bans this guy.

So is a faker dont make business with this person.

I was pay 150$ in paypall,and i go to resolution center,to receive my money back !
