Placed an order for a VCC/VBA after John/Baloney said he could deliver. Order was for $34 USD

A week beyond the delivery date had passed, I PM'd Baloney (who was active online quite a few times since then) and got no response.

I opened a Paypal dispute, emailed John and waited 4 days. When I still had not heard back from him I escalated to a Paypal claim

Paypal claims department refunded me based on the other users past account history.

This is an advisement not to do business with Baloney or the paypal [email protected]
