If you plan the order again then please keep the following point in mind which will help with the article submission and the building of backlinks.

1. Always include a title at the top of the article.
2. Ensure that your keywords are mentioned at least 3 times in the article. For example if you are trying to rank for keywords "brown dogs" then the word "brown dogs" should be mentioned at least 3 times in the article, because this will be hyper linked and brown dogs will become the anchor text.

Great stuff, really happy to hear you had a upward move in serps after the submission.

You second question is exactly the same mistake many people make. Yu dont one submission went up in serp rankings no you stop. I can almost guranetee you that after a week or so you will be down in the rankings.

You might ask why, so let me explain about backlink building:
Google and other search engines are looking more positively at websites with consistent growth.
Doing one submission was just a kickstart for your site, to remain at the top and go higher you need to continue with the building of backlinks, and no i dont say go build a million links over night, what you want to do is be consistent maybe create a bunch of backlinks every day or every other day but the main thing is to continue doing it.
I have some customers who order a 20 or 30 pack and then we spread the submissions say one every 2 days. this will show the search engines that there is consistent growth and it is ongoing - this is not just another 1000 blast and then nothing happen for another month.

I received my reports at random times every single day for 30 days and each submission report had about 350 to 450 backlinks in it.

Today, my one month old site is ranking on page 1 for 490,000,000 search results .
I have not done any other marketing, only had the submissions done from Royalmice.

and my website is

That is just one site, the rest of my sites are all in the Google top 2 pages for all my keywords I targeted
