How much should SEO hosting cost. 10 c-class / 80 ip

I wanna ask you how much you are willing to pay monthly for a :

Hosting with 10 c-class adresses
Each class have 8 ip adresses
Each class hosted in different country
cpanel
paypal accepted
100% uptime / limited 50 spots on each server

---
optionally: each c-class have different


So the question is how much montly you wanna pay for 80 different ip adresses. You can put let's say 100 websites on each account

personally the 80 extra IP's mean nothing to me, I would only pay for the 10 C-Classes.

I have a lot of SEO Hosting accounts (300+ C-Class IP's) and I pay on average $2 per month per C-Class

So $20 would be the max I would be willing to pay but the different country thing is a good plus! maybe $3 per C-Class

I have in plan to offer IPs from Holland also. It will be a package with mixed IPs from several countries to cover all tracks for G.
