We do not predict revenue because you have to continue to build your site as well as backlink it and monetize it.

To a certain extent but we prefer that you choose something in which you have an interest.

No, you do not have to continue to use linkpushing.net for your backlinks... you can backlink the site any way you see proper.
Once the order is complete, according to you, should I keep building links or is that enough?

The whole concept is one where you take the base site and build on it so you would need to continue to add content and build links.

No, we cannot, we do not monetize the site.

Our vision and the vision we want to share is to rank for a lot
of Keywords and monetize each page for those individual keywords.

Ok, for those that have wanted the monthly building of the site we do have a package available. These sites will never be a hands off type of site, if they were, they might as well be ours.. LOL We do not have the time to make these totally hands off but we can at least take care of the building process and the beginning ranking process. In order to keep the pricing down to an affordable level, we have eliminated the other link building such as Wiki pages.This is still below what it would cost buying these individually and that is not counting the labor to make the posts.

We have gone back and forth on this and it is the best that we can come up with. If you want something else, we can always discuss this.
 
Now I wanted to take some time and talk about some plugins that we have added to the service.

Plugin one is a plugin that will take your keyword and rotate the top 10 youtube videos within the post every time the page is refreshed. It does this automatically. All you do is add your keyword and tell the plugin what size and where you want the video to appear. I prefer to put it at the end of the content.

The second plugin used flickr to add photos to your post based on the search and the photo that you choose. You will see when you go to add an article that at the top where you click to add a video or photo there is a icon that looks like it belongs to facebook. Click on that icon and search for the photo that you want. In the box for the title, that is also used for the alt tag on the photo so your keyword goes there. With the changes and in the attempt to reduce foot prints, go to the plugin and change out the flickr api as the one in there is ours and you do not want to possibly create a footprint because of something so simple. Be sure when you copy the api that you remove the space at the end if there is any. The other thing that this plugin does is properly attribute the photo to make everything aboveboard.

The last one that I wanted to mention that we have been using for a while is Zemanta. I use this for Tags. Saves me a lot of typing. You can use this for photos also but you can not add an alt tag to the photo with this one. The other 2 things that you can do is below where you input the article, you can create in context links to authority sites such as wikipedia etc. On the right side you can also add links to other articles that are not in context links.

after doing some research it appears to me that you will be able to get me where I want to eventually end up. I don't want a random niche that I have limited interested in. I want something related to my current career that could tie in.

What is your current turn around time for a site if I ordered this week? and how do I ordered? Just send payment to the email address provided? or do you have a check out link?
