You could change the offers from the content locker and only select high paying offers. This may cause less leads but more money.
To change this you have to go to Marketing Tools -> Content Gateway -> Create a Content Gateway.
Below you'll see a list of your gateways and there you'll be able to change the offers. I usually delete offers below 0.5$

I have used a viewbot on most of my videos to get a little more attention, nothing extreme and then just left the videos. All are still online and generating some interest.

As far as I know it's not that hard to get accepted. Just submit some website and say you'll drive traffic through youtube, twitter, forum posts and all that stuff and you should get accepted.
I submitted a site where you could download a game crack and got accepted around 24 hours later.

Another way to get some good money is using Ne verblue/AD scend as CPA and making your own Content Locker.

You can find a code here on the forum by the user "pyronaut"

An example how this looks can be found in the thread be "sogeking" on page six where he shows a video of his niche.
