Hey guys, so I have a little problem. I decided to try out the facebook PPC ads with the $50 coupon, and I monitored the campaign and shut it off when I hit my $50 limit. This whole thing happened February 20-21st. I shut the campaign off at 2:00am on the 21st and got an additional 50 visitors sent to my site between 2:00am-5:00am through the ads. Facebook charged me about $50 for these additional clicks. I have been emailing with their customer support (a long and annoying process) and now they saw my Google Analytics data clearly showing continuous vistors from facebook after 2:00am. What their staff told me after seeing my analytics data was that it doesn't prove anything and all those clicks after 2am could have been organic facebook clicks (there were about 50 clicks in 3 hours time,organic my ass) they want server logs to prove that these were not organic.
I never thought facebook would be so difficult or stingy, but I need help, I see the logs section on my cpanel, but I do not know how to open them or read of anything of that sort. I host with bluehost, I called support but they weren't to helpful.
I dont know if this is the correct place to post this so move if necessary.
Please help me out guys.
