DO POF have geo target when signing for new account as I just cant get through that blasted crappy capture they got.

Dude, here's a very simple solution to your dilemma...simply use a free USA proxy from BH or other sites to sign-up for POF so you can start advertising.

I am sure there is a problem with that sign up form I type the capture and stays on same blasted page.
SOMEONE CN TEST sign up form?

I keep getting type the letters under the circles and then after that it says you cant use > : etc in user name but I dont have . : ' in user name

Yeah PoF is an awkward looking site with some quite delightful (not) ladies lurking behind some fanciful handles. My experience has been slow and frustrating with msg and email not quick enough, or member count high enough.
Has deceptive ads displayed like they are internal links - I am sure users would find this frustrating.
