I have recieved an seo report for one site. However nothing since then. In the email it says within a week I should be getting a bonus but it's been over a week. Ate you guys running behind? You should hire some more people!

It is because its $3/mo We cannot spend too much on each order and thus we build links to main keyword with bonuses.

Yeah, but we do not send all reports always (it takes simply too much time with so many customers and its hard to catch up with main link building when doing all bonuses).

Hi there - we send reports only for bonuses and this month we managed to send out around 80% of reports (we shut down today as we need to start working on this months bonus and sending reports is taking a lot of time).
We submit bonuses to all customers so you need to take other customers word on it - most of the times you should receive reports on both orders.

We have hired but training was taking ages (also I try to double check all work so there will be no mistakes) - we are back on track from today.
We sent out 80% of reports for last month so there is a chance you didnt got it. I will check your status and will update by PM.

Dear all - we are finally finished with our customer area. From tomorrow we are re-opening for new orders and we will start transferring all current customers to it.

In 2 days we are starting creating video bonus - this should take 3 days from start.

In 2 days we will also announce bonus for this month.

We have sent out 80% of reports for last months bonus and we need to finish with this as we need to start working on this months bonus (we are planning to send out 100% reports this time) - I am sorry to all that did not received reports (double check spam folder - reports were send out from our PP email - gmail.com one) but we need to move to this month bonuses and sending reports is taking sooo much time (all bonuses were completed - so do not worry about links popping out in Google in few weeks )

Starting April 2012 we will get full support team that will be working with you guys through support tickets within members area.
We are bringing new manager too - Matija - some of you will know her from managing and doing outstanding job with BH 2.0
