It's a mix - though most of them will be no-follow by default. But seeing how we have over 7000 unique domains in our list, there will be a good portion of do-follow wikis too. We haven't personally tested/checked how many are do/no-follow, as we only concentrate on results/diversity.
The Blog Comments are pointed to all the Wikis so that each wikis receives 3-4 Blog Comments on average.

Please remove all these links! My main keyword plunged in google from top 100 to #251! I only used this service so it has to be these links. Please remove them. Thank you. I thought your service would HELP, not HURT my rankings.

We are unable to remove the links as we do not own all 7000+ Wiki sites within our service and the usernames/passwords generated are completely random.
Furthermore, it appears you are lying about only using our service. I checked your backlinks profile using a few websites like majesticSEO and Ahrefs and you have TONS of links that are not Wikis and as such not part of our service. As you can see from the recent reviews, many people have only good things to say about our service. So I would check with the other providers you may have used first.
Based on the information we received from majesticSEO and Ahrefs, it also appears you literally have no anchor diversity. All your links use only 2 anchors. This is a huge red flag to Google and could be the reason why your site lost rankings.
Having said that, it is sometimes normal for websites to briefly lose rankings for a short while after receiving new links and then come back stronger than before after a couple of weeks. It has only been 4 days since we sent you your report.
Our advise to you would be to continue your link building but significantly variate your anchors. Anchor diversity is very important these days and only using 2 anchors is just asking for trouble.
