Not sure what to say.
But I would say Zennoposter has weak customer support.

I just bought zennoposter after reading this thread and reading countless other threads with the name 'zennoposter' in it.

Let me tell you. I came in here hoping to tell others just how powerful zennoposter is but instead, how am I supposed to use this beast if I cant even install it? I mean, the program does not want to install.

I even contacted customer support and still no help from the zenno team.

It installs fine for me. Even when I did the upgrade everything went great.

I finally got it to work somewhat.

I passed through the unpacking files.

But I have a problem now.

I successfully authorized but when it says [Write down license] it says 'error getting information about your hardware'

please help me.

yes it is a really good software...but i need support for codecreator last week and until now i didn't get any reply for my pm to HB so the support did not really good like the software itself

Well after much days of anticipation.

Customer support actually came and helped me.
The support guy stayed with me for around 2 hours and we finally got it working.

the support is not so bad cause sometime if i'm lucky i can get help on the forum but sometimes they just ignore you......like your thread and your pm....

I cant say that its much different from a year ago, maybe updated once since. I didnt find it buggy from 1 year ago myself, but i do find thats sites have since updated and they use more flash then before, so its hard to make zenno work on the same sites it used to. Maybe if you know code you can make it work for you in code creator... but as for project maker, its lacking at the moment

Its ok with web 2.0s and bookmarks, and i think wiki's too... i think it got better in fact for those sites since you get capmoster and you can find proxy very good . you should test it out to see if it will work on the sites you are looking to use though
