I think that using Adsense will really test your patience. The cartoon is really funny. It just shows how much time and effort have to be put in for profit to come out of using Adsense.

Everything is correct expect 5th .Am not do any link building to get the sites first page.You need to do linkbuilding.

About 2 and 3, usually you setup the site and give him the wordress details, he is uploading the articles, making on page seo etc. So he is working while the site is online, that is not a problem, just in Privacy settings in Wordpress click that you don't want the site to be indexed, and after it is ready, switch it back to normal.

Well I have never played with these before so I do not know much but from my end they look great.
I'll change few minor thing like title tags... in a fashion I like them to be.

But all looks great

All keywords had more than 1000 searches.
cpc was $1 or more.

The title has to be your main keyword, the one in the domain, so do not change them, if you think to do that.
