I've been considering on possibly purchasing self-growing-websites software (SGW) by Max Galitsyn. But before I shell out a couple hundred dollars . I would like to know if anyone is willing to explain to me in there opion why I should or should purchase the software. ...Mayby you have use the tool, or thought of purchasing but instead went with another product, what ever the case I would like to read what your have to say so please post away. Also, is this tool considered blackhatting?

Thank in advance,
hitZman

Don't bother

Use wordpress and rapidnichewebsites...(non aff)...and some of the free plugins to feed rss feeds in automatically.

I never saw much benefit from using SGW

A self growing website is one where a script (written in perl or php) auto-magically goes out to others sites gets their rss feeds (from news sites, blogs, and the like) and post that content to your site. The main problem with sites like this is once other people start using the software in question, there is a lot of duplicate content out there as people grab the same rss feeds. Also there are legal concerns (most webmasters don't want their feeds on spam sites). Still, the idea can work if you take great steps to personalize your site. If you don't, when the search engines start banning sites of a particular product, your site will get the boot. That's why lonewoulfe said to write your own. You will have to work to make you site stand out from the crowd. The latest version of The blog solution (I am not an affiliate) will let you customize your auto generating site. But it takes a lot of work.

Thanks for the informative post everyone...

What about rapidnichewebsite.com like "Rob the Builder" mentioned? Do you think its a product, comprable to S-G-W?

I have not used it. But it looks like thousands of other auto site builders out there. Another thing that new SEO's should look out for is the "this product will make me money!" line. NO PRODUCT on it's own will make you money. MAYBE for the short term. MAYBE. But NO ONE is making hundreds (and in no way making thousands) a month grabbing some product off the web and auto generating sites. NO ONE. You have to do so much work yourself in research, getting links, and creating new sites to replace old ones that the search engines have dropped. No I have not used this product, but it smells like all the other auto-gen site makers out there.

ok forget rapid niche websites and all the other tools

1. Install wordpress no adsense etc
2. write 20 short articles about yer niche stick in wordpress and change date stamp so they post say every 4 days.
3. Do a search for top wordpress plugins grab them and install them
4. Do a search for "wordpress articles plugins free" get some plug in that allow you to grab content from article directories.
5. Submit sites with onlywire.com
6. Once a few pages are in g stick adsense or whatever on them
7. Use google reader...find some relevant rss feeds and stick em IN google reader
8. Find a rss to wordpress free plugin and use the OUTGOING rss feed FROM your reader as the rss feed INTO your wordpress blog = mixed automatically

10 minute self growing website....free

If you wanna expand even further...find search results in spanish and say portugeses....again stick rss in google reader.....out TO a spanish category on yer blog = free translated results....

I could source all the stuff but that would end up being an ebook and I would have to sell it.;)

Basically all the tools are just fancy ways of doing the above.

Try it for free before wasting money on fancy applications

Good Luck

Rob

Finally. Someone talking some sense here. :3:

I am going to try this on a few dormant domains I have that I never had a chance to develop. Better to have some traffic coming into the site rather then none. And if I make a few dollars from ads then so be it :)

Thanks for the info.

Many thanks to Rob the Builder for his great post. It seems easy to shell out some money for software but in the long run a little persistence and patience will pay off.

Rob,
just a couple of questions...I am somewhat new to the net and I want to make sure I understand 'this how-to'. I know my questions may seem a little unbelievable but I really do need it spelled out...I just don't want to misinterpret the explanation, and I want to fully understand this process.

Did a little editing here, found some explanations that will help me with the set up,
but still need some help with the following...

Could anyone explain 7 & 8 in a little bit more detail?

Thanks for taking the time to share this Rob, I am really determined to to understand this process.
