Sent him a url that has a presentation. He was supposed to create a video using 5 images and text from the url.

Images cropped incorrectly (cutting off text)
Images poor quality
Images not on screen long enough to read
Text improperly copied (all he had to do was copy/paste)

Guy still claims that the "true is" that "the video is good".

Stay away from this one.

Fiverr is a mad place man, I've saw many good gigs which worth a lot more than 5$ there but they don't get many orders while terrible gigs get tons of order daily

If the seller claims they will do good work, the buyer has every right to complain if the work isn't as advertised. Price doesn't matter, what you are being promised for the price matters.

Either don't approve the work until they fix it or most often just give you a refund. Or if your that intent on making it known that he sucks then leave a negative review for your order.
