Popunders get me in trouble with google?

If i send 100,000 viewers to my site in 1 day (my site will be placed as a popunder) - will that possibly get me penalized from google and hurt my seo rankings?

ok, yeah alexa rank went WAY UP....but my main 5 keywords went from #11/10/10/10/10 to between #600-700 the day after...I am worried site got penalized. I did the "site:" - and all my pages are still indexed. could this just be a dance before I get a ranking boost? site is 4 years old. i thought old sites dont dance.

Are you using Google Analytics or any way for Google to notice your bounce rate hit 99.999% that day?

well the thing was the bounce rate wasn't that bad....since it was popunders the avg visitor appeared to stay on the site for like 7 minutes

Correlation does not imply cause and effect. Your popunders most likely had nothing to do with your decrease in rankings... it was almost definitely something else.
