I know theres a mobile view hack, but recently i have seen a guy with 30k views per video who has like 100 subs and has told me that he post his videos on big facebook pages and gets the views but i think hes lying ... is there a facebook view hack or something because he literally gets 30k views from facebook and 100 from youtube lol

The facebook thing is nothing to do with mobile views. You could make mobile views look like that I suppose but in this case it is not.

If you watch a video on facebook via your phone, that is a refer FROM facebook.

Do you have any proof?

I think that when you click on a Youtube video on your phone you just send the usual RTSP request to the server, and then the video get loaded. So technically you should get credited the canonic mobile view without referral.
