How to change a theme of every category ?

hi guys i want to know how to change the theme of a site for every category/page
like the main page ===> general theme
food page/category ===> food theme
make money page/category ===> make money theme

This is an interesting question because I'm planning to do this also using wordpress themes.

I think it will be possible to change logo/page colors with wordpress according to category. But I don't think you can assign a whole new theme for each category.

ok first of all it is a wordpress site that i want to change every category/page with it's own theme
