Give him time to respond... he works for FREE and has a family as well so he is not going to jump just because you are hitting him up.

Surely you do not think that you are the only one that is contacting him and he may have a lot of messages to respond to on a regular basis... I certainly do and I am not a Mod or Admin here so I can imagine what he deals with on a regular basis.

I don't want to sell any thing right after become a donor. The point what I am talking here is that today it's a complete month when I paid for my banner signature. The message I am seeing only is that Pofecker or Diamond Damien will approve it. I can understand that one can have problems but both are not responding for weeks now. If I have to contribute more or need certain number of posts or any thing else to get accepted then it is not mention in the subscription area. In two or three weeks I should get a response and I want to know what he need to approve me. Thanks for your advice of refund but I know what is better for me this time.

I agree, you paid for something, 30 days is plenty of time to reply no matter how busy one is. If anyone of the service providers didn't reply to their BST after someone had been trying to get a hold of them for 30 days after sending payment you know for a fact that they would be getting a PM from a mod informing them of a Shitlist thread being opened. Just because someone is in a leadership position shouldn't mean that they get to treat their paying customers any differently. I wish the best of luck to you.

I can totally respect, and understand, the concept of customer service that is being applied to this situation. Let's take a peek at the details that weren't mentioned.

This user created a second account to donate with, strictly for the purpose of advertising a CPA network. CPA networks need approval from Admins, as the potential for scamming is extremely high. The CPA network he wants to advertise is less than three months old.

That's pretty much grounds for a perm ban on both accounts, as he's already being deceptive by advertising himself as an affiliate on the other account, while trying to establish a new account as the owner. I explained to the guy how to go about getting a refund, and suggested he do so.

Just remember folks, there are often more details to the story that they aren't sharing for obvious reasons. Nobody said he couldn't have a custom sig, his sig broke other rules which is where the issue comes in. Donations are appreciated by the owner, but does not excuse you from following the rules.
