Doesn't have scrapebox a proxylist? I just update them every day, get the best working ones. And voila.. about 200 new proxies, some with fast speed and all anonymous for free!

that everyone else is using making them rubbish

I agree. In fact, I used to use public proxies for harvesting and want to say it's not my choice. It just doesn't make sense for me anymore. After I bought my first private proxies I couldn't come back to public ones. They can be not that expensive (if you know where to look).
