Looking for a CO-Owner of a new project im starting. Should be very successful. If you want to be CO-Owner you must have good HTML/PHP/CSS skills. I have coded the bare bones of the website for this project i just need someones help who is a better coder then me to improve it to a state where it is ready to be released to the public.

Bit of advice:

In your pitch to gain a partner or financial assistance in your businesses avoid using the phrase, "Should be very successful."

SHOULD is not a very positive word to use.

Well I know it can be very successful because the only other person I know that did it dominated the market and made $100k in the year he ran. Now he has closed the doors to his website and there is no competition in the market so I need a Business partner who can code I will take care of all the money needed to run it.

I've hired coders in the past and I've been scammed multiple times I just want someone who can be dedicated to seeing this succeed for there own benefit and not do a half ass job coding.

You would be better off hiring a coder, unless you think the project is going to fail. Also, this should be in the JV section.

Second thing, when you are already going to take care of teh finance part then why are you thinking of sharing your revenue or profit (i small rotten apple here - pls xplain)

Third thing I would suggest you to hire a good coder and then pay him wither monthly or pay him after the work is done and pay via PP only
In this way you are also safe and so is the coder

What the coder dose is he gets the thing ready shows you the running state of the code in a page format and ten once you pay via PP he transfers the work in ur domain
What you do is pay the coder via PayPal and if the work is not satisfactory or re-work is not done after taking payments then you can click on dispute over pp to get your money back within 60 days from the time you have paid the money
