I am ready to submit an order for this service.

However, can you tell me if its possible for me to use my own written 600 word article? This is because it focuses on real estate in a small town.

It is in plain text at this moment. I believe it means you would have to spintax it before using it for my purchase. Is that correct?

Also - I am confused about something. Where are the contextual backlinks? Are they in blogs or wikis?

We can use it for the first tier if you wish to (we will spin it), and we will make 30 new ones for the second tier. The links are going to be in the text of the blogposts and wikis. Upload the text somewhere and when you are making the order paste the link in the note and we will take care of the rest.

I will just upload the .docx to my web server and you can download directly from there. Is that OK with you?
 
So what I did was upload it in rtf format (in case you don't have Word 2007) to my webserver. You can find the details in the message of my order.
