How long did you wait after receiving reports?

I asked for the reports on 28-2 because i didnt get any. I didnt know the reports were ready, so that would be mine mistake. It seems that the reports has been deleted after 48 hours when they got deliverd the first time. So I guess they already should been delivered on 25-2 or 26-2. So the first reports are 2 weeks old now?

i ordered on the 5th feb. after more then one month still not finished reports.
many unanswered support tickets. my last question for a report was before 2 days. no answer so far.

because you never answer on emails or support tickets, i have to write here.
i want a full refund now!
