Traffic exchange sites?

whatever you do, do not use traffic exchanges with websites that have adsense on or you will lose your account.
traffic exchanges can be used to artificially inflate your alexa ranking.
An outdated method was to join loads of traffic exchange programs, create a special splash page for each traffic exchange site that had your affiliate links to other traffic exchange programs. Then add the links to these splash pages on each of the traffic exchange websites.
You would then use one account to rack up some traffic credits by viewing other user websites. This method would give other users desperate for traffic a list of traffic exchanges for them to join. And because you get traffic points for referrals on those traffic exchanges, you would activate the splash pages on the other traffic exchange programs.
The effects would snowball and some how you could siphon the views off for your main money page. But this method does not really work any more, because most people have been there and joined them.

i agree with you, if you adsense there, you will be banned soon. The safe is paid organic traffic.

just submitting your site on digg reddit and other bookmarking sites will give you enough traffic bro, traffic exchange will nto always be good, the traffic that leaves your site won't always be the same as the number that would come back to yours from the other site.

I can tell you that T25, WebmasterQuest, Easyhits4u and Trafficera are really good when it comes to driving quality traffic to your site.
