Have you tried other methods like youtube or craigslist etc and they didn't work as well as ppc and ppv?

I have been experimenting with PPV traffic from LeadImpact... Dismal results. Continuing to test since I have a bunch of money in LI, and just now experimenting with an updated sandwich page before sending traffic to teh email/zip offers.

Test, test, test. While not making squat so far with 7 networks, I refuse to quit on this because there is serious change with CPA.

Next, going to play with content locking... Just finding that one campaign that works, then scale the snot out of it...

Arrg I give people 3 0's per day, I will not ever be of forgiving to them! I mean reely 3 0's! 1 0 is enough to give to people, but reely I give people even 3 of the 0's and they don't even know for me to not forgive them! Reely!

As an affiliate your earnings can not counted ahead of time. Your not guaranteed to make the some as the day or month before. So saying some affiliates make 40k daily isn't correct.

generate some backlink for the article also write press-release with anchor to your site.
share you site in digg,reditt,stumbleupon and other social bookmarking site
And more important think is Social Media Engagement. Specially in Facebook,Twitter,Myspace,Google+ and other social networking sites

Actually, don't do any of this stuff. SEO is not for cpa/content locking. Plus SEO is extremely complicated. All the time it will take you to learn all of this stuff will be time away from making tons of money with the not-so-complicated better methods of generating traffic to your site.
