It may take some time to get going for you due to the volume that we have experienced in new business,
 
All right bought the PRO plan a minute ago and off to test it out!

Love the dashboard so far :)
 
I was actually testing this before Darko and Kevin got all the fixes in and all I can say is WOW this is way better than the other service I was using. When I first started testing it would not update for days and when they got done, it started updating within hours.

Now for the accuracy... Pretty damn good and better than others. I did find that there were a few that were off but I blamed that on their search VS where I was searching from because it was maybe 1 or 2 spots off so for me that is as accurate as you are going to get.

Reporting - WOW You are able to put in your company information and email yourself a nice and neat little PDF reports for your customers. The reason I do not email them directly is because the email comes from SerpBuddy and not my email address but that is just a minor detail that I deal with. This report looks like it is coming straight from you. So the guy that asked about white labeling, yes it is there.
 
Hey Bass seems like everything is working great now :)

Quick question though.

I tried to change my plan from the newbie plan I have now to a higher level subscription, however I notice on check out that there is no upgrade price but rather just the cost of the new plan.

If I only had the newbie plan for a few days $14.95 and say I wanted to upgrade to the next higher one $29.95, do I have to pay the full $29.95?

So essentially I would be paying roughly $45 this month?

Or is there a way that I can just pay the difference for the remaining month I have and then next month start the $29.95 plan?

I was just wondering because I was thinking of importing some other projects into serp buddy but it's not urgent, so if I was going to get double charged I was just thinking of waiting till next month when my newbie subscription is up.

Pay the full amount to upgrade and shoot me an email - [email protected] and I'll hit the refund button on the smaller plan for you.

Hey Bass thanks for processing the refund for me.

I sent an email regarding my account as when I login it still shows me as a non-paying customer so I can't see any of my rankings. If you could look into this I would appreciate it.

I got it and sent it to my tech guy... he'll get you squared away.

I got the email at 7:00 PM my time and it was 2:00 PM his time Sunday night so I am guessing he was done for the day.
 
I have been using sescout from the very start, yes sescout, I thought it was the best, and today I tried Serp Buddy, and I gotta say, THIS THING ROCKS. It gives the most accurate results(just noticed sescout isn't as accurate as I thought), well enough of sescout.

SERP Buddy gives very accurate results, extremely easy to add URLs/Keywords and to track them. It's really elegant, simple with a lot of cool features. I've known Greg for a while and I don't have to say this but you know that anything that he provides, is top-notch. He put a lot of effort to make the results as accurate as possible and to make this as best as possible, and he did make it the best.

I downloaded the report and it's great, simple, and clean , which is what we want.

"Great, Simple, Awesome"

10/10, certainly worth every single penny.

I subscribed today to a Newbie Plan, it's my first time with a serp tracker and it's very user friendly.
With this service, it seems that i'll easily check the effectiveness of my backlinking campaigns hour by hour (google).

Thank you for your business... it is also checking PR, backlinks and gives you your Alexa ranking too.
