It may be in the settings of when you created the PayPal payment link. There is an option to choose the default country/language for your customers to view the page in.

Thanks for chiming on, shezboy. The problem is that PayPal integration on our site is done through formstack, and they are unwilling to change any of their settings. I guess for now we will just have to deal with the German PayPal checkout page. As janist has already mentioned, it's still PayPal and as soon as you login your default language will be used.

Wow, this is one hell of a service! I provided my own article that was hand spun 3 times at the sentence level and word level so it was fully readable. I also had whole paragraphs that were spun in and out.
I had over 7,000 wiki's get posted. I checked over 100 of them randomly from the report and every single one was still up.
I used this on a penalized site that got hit by Panda 3.3 - Most likely for being on a huge blog network that got fully deindexed and possibly not enough garbage anchor text as well (click here, check this out, read this etc...)
I had two backlinks in my article spinning to random url's within my blog as well as the homepage. All anchors were garbage text.
As Roman and Janis say, the wiki's take awhile to get indexed so I was not expecting overnight results, but if I got an algorithm penalty instead of a manual one, this is going to go one hell of a long way in clearing it up.
In fact, just a few hours after getting my report, 1 of my penalized keywords move from #21 to #14!!!!
Hopefully this continues up but even if it falls back due to the current penalty, I think that's enough to prove this service is a very smart move!

Just ordered, keywords from traffic travis are relatively easy so should get atleast on first page, I was there before but panda 3.3 decided to hit me and knock me back to page 5. Rose to page 3 after some social links but hope this will beat my compeitiors.
