KFC cuts chicken beaks!

Yet you don't think it's offensive to pick out a few isolated incidents of indecent farming practices, then use your little pieces of shock imagery to push your agenda in a public forum? All you're getting is those 3 fingers back in your face. Don't like it huh? Get off your fucking pedestal. Chickens wouldn't have any problem killing and eating us if it were within their range of abilities. Look at how they conduct themselves in chicken society, lol. You still haven't explained to me yet, the morals and humanity of the acts of chickens through your chicken vision yet. Go drop a couple more tabs of acid and let me know how that goes...

There you go repeating the same old nonsense and not getting the point. All you have to do is put yourself in the other persons shoes. So maybe you should go ponder upon that simple concept and in 20 years get the point, or maybe somewhere between then and now something happens to you so that you can get the point smh

As one of the people said before, I think it's important to be mindful of what it is you're eating, whether plant or animal, and not to be a glutton and eat just for eating's sake. My other problem is that plants are life and just because we don't recognize them as having any feelings doesn't mean they don't. It was only 100 years ago where people didn't recognize animals as having feelings and more so than that had no idea how the human body works. Just because we currently believe plants don't have any type of feelings or sentience doesn't necessarily mean they don't. It's also ridiculous to claim a minimum standard of decency as an excuse to eat plants as someone else mentioned.

But chicken is Delicious!

Listen even chickens dont care about other chickens, you have been told how they behave. They will kill and maim each other at the drop of a hat and they sure as hell dont care about the poor little bugs and worms they are killing either. So they are murders too and therefore get the death penalty. I dont have an issue with your pictures or opinion, you have the right to voice it. Just understand that you are unlikely to get anyone to change their minds about it.

I am not talking about chicken morality, i am talking about human morality, which i hold to a higher standard then chicken morality

If you can prove to me that plants have feelings i would definitely consider that bud

It was only a few years ago that people didn't think of fish as having any feelings...

Yes i agree with that, and I pretty much said the same thing in my other posts. Studies showed that animals have feelings just like us. I thought maybe you knew of or had some studies that you can show me that proves plants may have feelings

There's many studies going back to the 70s that have proven plants can communicate chemically with pheromones in a similar fashion to some insects to forewarn about oncoming threats. That would seem to indicate some level of intelligence. No? There will only be more study done on the subject in the future. If we discovered tomorrow that plants were able to feel fear and pain. then what would you do? Starve?

I love friend chicken

That doesnt show plants have feelings though. Chemical reactions happen all the time even in non living things. Like the mercury going up as it gets hot... I need real studies that plants have feelings, i think people are starting to just come up with excuses

If i were to find out plants have feelings, there is still a lot to eat , i wouldnt starve . I'd eat the fruits, grains, nuts seeds... I definitely consider becoming a fruitaterian

People were meant to eat meat. Vegetarians lack essential vitamins and minerals especially B vitamins. Cave men ate meat. Its next to impossible getting enough protein from non meat sources. BTW soy protein is crap...only eat it if you want estrogen in your body.

wrong, the human anatomy most resembles that of an herbivore then carnivars. Humans are primates and are closely related to apes.

Vegetarians lack essential vitamins and minerals especially B vitamins.

Wrong, vitamins and minerals are more abundant in non meat foods then in meats. The only thing meat has that is hard to find in non meat, is vitamin b12. However b12 can be found in other other non meat foods.

Cave men ate meat.

What cave man are you referring to? Fred Finstone? lol kidding

Its next to impossible getting enough protein from non meat sources.

Wrong, there is plenty of protien in vegestables , nuts, beans, seeds... in fact i argue that there is more usable protien in non meats. The meat you eat get its protein from the vegetation, so going to the source is the best bet. Like they say 'eat meat to get as strong as the ox' , but little do they know that the ox gets big and strong from eating the grass.

BTW soy protein is crap...only eat it if you want estrogen in your body.

Partly true. Soy, along with wheat and corn and many other crops usually have GMO's in them wich is bad for you. THey even use these GMO filled grains in the animals feed wich adversely affects the animals mental and physical health wich in turn affects those who eat them also.

Organic soy is fine though. But there are way more different protein sources then soy
