I am working with adscendmedia for more than year now. My average epc of whole year is 0.12$ which is actually good. However, from this month, to be more specific, from 8th day epc mysitcally have dropped, wrote my AM an email - no response, although more than week passed... After reading this thread thinking about switching to balmads.
This mystical thing happens from time to time with many networks.
Official response is that "your traffic must have changed somehow".
You waste time to check your logs and most of the times your traffic remained exactly the same.
So the thing remains mystical.
It might be expired campaigns that the campaign managers are removing late or who know what else.
Having an alternative is always good, despite, graphics and feature wise, BlamAds is years behind Adscendmedia.
Does your AM name start with "Mayr" and ends with "ena"?

can anyone tell me if blocking users until they complete a signup for - Adscend Media effect the bounce rate ?
or are you just making sites that are targeted for these sign ups?

Getting into the networks is easy, its finding shit to content lock that folks want really bad, thats the hard part

I don't understand why anybody would want to content-lock because you're pretty much driving away visitors that you've worked so hard to acquire. There really isn't any "repeat" business because once they complete your offer they're gone. Worst case scenario they never complete your offer and they're gone anyway.
