WTF burst.net and thrustvps.com

4days ago, I tried to register a VPS plan at burst.net and thrustvps.com. They cancel me because they think I try to fraud them and they request me send the Driver ID, Photo ID. I sent 3 days ago but untill now, they not review my account.

WTF, I can't wait because I need the VPS right now.
Anyone working in 2 hosting provider, please confirm.
