Urgent SEO Audit Needed from Guru!!!

Need an expert SEO to go through my onsite stuff and give me an audit.

Im not talking about simple stuff like , H1,H2,H3 tags, Alt text/tags, keyword density. I already know this stuff.

I have used the following for onsite seo: all in one seo, yoast & seopressor.
However, these are really basic and just dont cut it in my competitive anymore.

My site chararacteristics are as follows:

1- The site is 2.5 yrs old & in a very competitive niche albeit local.
2- PR 4
3- 200 + pages of content.
4 - Wordpress
5 - Local Hosting
6 - Fast load speed
7 - Over 355,000 backlinks registered in Webmaste.r t00ls.

Used to rank number 1 a couple of months ago. Now I'm at position 17.

Hint: the latest Panda 3.3 bashed me around a little bit.

If any one can suggest a great experienced seo that can audit my site and give me some sophisticated tips I would love to hear from you.
