wow.. i just tried trail package.. 100 results..

and it show me that link which google didnt show..

pretty impressive :)

Exactly what I've been looking for - need this tool more than ever!. While I'm trying out this, one question:

Do you have a method to show how easy it is to get a linkback from one of the sources shown on results. I.e. If it's a forum it's easy, if it's a blog it's average and if it's a private site - it's almost impossible.. likewise. Because that's the hardest thing; this makes us go to each URL manually and examine if we can get a linkback or not.

Hope you got my question.

Thank you for the great feedback and thank you for your idea, please keep them coming. We are always striving to improve iBacklinkPRO to serve the needs of our customers!

As far as adding "difficulty rating" we decided not to do that, because in certain situations that type of rating can be misleading for example;

site1.com
and
site2.com/blog/

Where site1.com can also be a blog and its hard to tell if it is a blog, or forum or anything else, compare to site2.com/blog/ where it is easier to say that it is a blog.

I would advise to rate the difficulty of the backlink by looking at the backlinking URL. On a lot of them it is easy to tell if it is a blog or forum or anything else by just looking at the structure of the URL.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Just signed up for the $8.99 plan and am thrilled with the first result I got, this is GOLD thanks for this it should really help in my rankings:)

Would recommend to anyone thinking about this, I especially like the ability to sort from high to low page rank, big help.

There are only 3 promo copy left at $8.99...don't miss on getting this at a Promo Price, remember, this is your last chance!

Remove one of those promo codes. It has been used. ;)

Thank you!

Question: What is the optimal way to enter the url? website.com, www.website.com, http://www.website.com, etc? Will each of these methods return different backlinks?

iBacklinkPRO treats www.website.com, website.com, http://www.website.com and any of those three with a / so www.website.com/ as exactly the same. It will show all pages linking to the researched domain, regardless of the above variation.

Do you offer any promos or offers on something between the Bronze and Silver iBacklinkPro packages?

Hey Alex,

Just bought the bronze pack.

Cant analyse anything.

This URL has 28 links to analyze. The final results may have less. Would you like to analyze this url for FREE?

I have the choice : YES or Cancel

-Cancel close the page
-Pressing yes doesnt make anything

EDIT: nevermind, it just dont work with IE.

At this moment we recommend using any browser except IE, but we are working on making it all work in IE as well as we speak.

Looks like a great tool.

Would love a review copy or a bhw discount

thanks

I'd like some explanation as to your pricing structure and how it works. I understand there are several packages, where you buy "credits", but exactly what IS a "credit"?

It appears that each search costs a credit, so if a person buys 15 credits for $10.00 then why bother with the word credit and simply charge by the "search"?

I like a couple of features the software has, particularly the ability to export into excel, but I DON'T like the fact that the GUI is browser-based rather than standalone from within the operating system. The data feels "temporary", like if I accidentally close the window the data is gone forever. Even though I know the data is stored on the Server, which I also don't like. I'd rather the data go straight to my computer and be there indefinately, rather than having to depend on the functionality of both my internet and your server in order to access my data.

It just feels wrong to me.

But the part that feels the "wrongest" is the idea that if I were to become dependent on using your service, I'd be paying you forever as it seems the entire pricing structure is based on cost-per-use. Not even for $700 can you get even a year's unlimited license. That, to me, is a complete deal-breaker. The idea that I would have to think about the cost of each and every search and have to decide if the need justifies the expenditure pushes this software's "clunkiness" way past what I am willing to put up with.

Finally, I notice that one of the primary selling points of the software seems to be that it's "fast", and then later on in the thread I read that the data for the backlinks is not crawled "live" on a per-search basis (but yet that is how you seem to charge for the service), but rather 'bots are crawling constantly and that all the backlink data is being dumped from your server rather than being gathered "live" and in real-time.

And it seems the "upside" to this is that the service is "fast". And I don't think that's a selling point. I don't want "fast", I want COMPLETE, and if I have to wait a few minutes or even hours, I'd rather know that I have a full report instead of a partial, no matter how fast the partial report was.

Having said all that, I still feel the software is positive, and have not found a better one. Certainly the free service is better than MajesticSEO's free service. I therefore assume that the paid service is also better. Depending on your answer to the "credit" question, I'm willing to purchase the basic package and see what it does for me, and find out if the results are enough for me to overcome my reluctance to have yet another recurring bill to have to think about, and pay.

Just signed up for the Bronze Pack, really like it so far, but I also got to say I'm not a fan or your price structure, like someone else said could get expensive... so would actually make me use it rarely.

Hello Nigel Farage,

I'd like some explanation as to your pricing structure and how it works. I understand there are several packages, where you buy "credits", but exactly what IS a "credit"?

1 credit = 1 website/page analysis

but I DON'T like the fact that the GUI is browser-based rather than standalone from within the operating system. The main reason why it is a browser based software and not operating system is that running it from our servers provides the ability to perform the analysis in a much faster way compared to if it was to run from a PC.

If you'll accidently close browser window or loose internet connection in the middle of analysis iBacklinkPRO will still finish analyzing that URL to 100% and post completed report under your "User Dashboard", so that next time when you will log in it will be there all completed.

As far as storing reports on the computer the Excel export option is the best option for this solution we have at this moment.

the idea that if I were to become dependent on using your service, I'd be paying you forever as it seems the entire pricing structure is based on cost-per-use. Not even for $700 can you get even a year's unlimited license.
Reason why we have not rolled out monthly or annual plan yet is because besides fixed costs we also have a variable cost per scan so that than more scans are being performed than higher the total cost is. But we are working on finding the best equilibrium in this situation and we might have monthly or annual package rolled in future.

the data for the backlinks is not crawled "live" on a per-search basis (but yet that is how you seem to charge for the service), but rather 'bots are crawling constantly and that all the backlink data is being dumped from your server rather than being gathered "live" and in real-time.
Yes we crawl websites and harvest backlinks non stop 24/7 and store all data on our servers. As far as crawling for backlinks live: There is more than ocean of websites out there and besides that, there is a significant amount of new content created every single day. Some of those websites load fast and some of them load slow and in order to have "live" harvesting we will have to crawl whole world wide web every single time the analysis is being performed which is not realistically possible to do within an acceptable period of time with technologies that exist right now.

Having said all that, I still feel the software is positive, and have not found a better one. Certainly the free service is better than MajesticSEO's free service. I therefore assume that the paid service is also better.

Thank you :)
