Fiverr crap experience

Hello everyone this is my first post to this forum and I'm not glad this is for reporting some crappy issues I had with fiverr.

About a month ago I started a gig selling hostgator reseller hosting for 5$ / year 500mb space...... Everything was fine, I had several orders got some nice reviews and got some decent earnings. Last I even had solved one buyer issue that wasn't submitting the required info for my gig with one of their employes and the support was really nice. About 3 days and since I was doing well on that gig I made my first video for the gig to further increase sales, several hours later I got a message from fiver that my gig is denied and can't be submitted. I asked them why is that and they told me that gigs that wont be able to deliver in full within 30 days are not allowed. The think is I had that gig up for than a month had sales and good reviews and there are also several other gigs that do the same think with me, I really think I had been treated totally unfair. Im attaching the whole conversation below and I'll update.

I've tried to put video to one of my gigs and you got it suspended Why is that? I allready got customers from that gig with good reviews and Im paying for the server please re advise I'm not here to promote bad service

• Hi Leon,
  The video you submitted is unrelated to the rejection of your Gig. The Gig's confirmation on delivery takes far longer than the allowed 30 days. Gigs of this nature are not allowed.

• A month is called a bit? And Im selling that service which cost me money every month so I guess fiverr aint the place that you can plan on having something stable and reliable gigs? Also if you see you have more similar gigs online why is that? This is really bad service from your side Im really disappointed and I dont understand why you treat ppl that make some money so unfair.

  Our editors monitor the site on an ongoing basis and will remove gigs that no longer meet the criteria that is necessary to be active. All gigs must be able to deliver in full within 30 days in order to be active. Thank you for your understanding.

• Ok Im monitoring some competitors as well and see them online I'm gonna keep monitoring them if you dont remove them I'll post screenshots of our conversations to many mainstream forums for treating me unfair so ppl know how you treat users! Also I want you to refund all of my customers and tell them that is your fault that you approved my gig and that you shouldn't in the first place and also keep my rating at 100% since this is not my fault.
  I'm really pissed at your site and once all of my earnings are cleared I'm closing my account cause you people are really untrustworthy. This is not the way of treating users. I'm mailing all of the gig costumers now with our conversations so they have a clue on whats going on and why the sites the host on me will be offline since im not paying for the server anymore.

Fiverr is total s##t mate! they have banned me twice already, all I did was order some social bookmarks for someone, I presume they saw the site I was promoting as competition so banned my account! its bloody ridiculous, this has happened twice now with two different accounts! I did a support ticket and got so called Max think he must be the only guy there! he just came up with some s##t about Fiverr is a well respected community and something about promoting competition!
Should start another Fiverr type site for just SEO and spam the f##k out of fiverr! lol

I've quit fiverr altogether now due to reasons such as this! Also becoming harder and harder to find decent gigs that deliver.

I've had a similar problem with them as well. I had a gig since November which was bought about 50 times with excellent feedback and then suddenly I received an email to say that it had been denied because it didn't pass moderation (after three months?). I contacted them and asked for an explanation and what they basically told me was that there were too many people offering the same service and they decided to get rid of some of the gigs!

Now I can, in a way, understand that but why my gig? There were other gigs offering the same thing but they had made far fewer sales and had little or negative feedback! I decided to create another gig but reworded it but again it was denied as was three other of my gigs which were in the same area but offering a different service!

I can understand you being annoyed (I was) but I've come to look at Fiverr as a place where things can go wrong and not to rely on it too much. I've created a few accounts and spread myself out more so that if the rug is pulled from under me again I'll still have something out there.

I'm not giving up on Fiverr but I don't really trust it as much as I did!

Hahaha these guys are amazing they now removed my level 2 status as well cause I was using inappropriate language on my email to them. I only told them fascists which I believe is totally fair. Truth hurts I guess
