Seeking coder/designer for JV based on wordpress platform on behalf of a team I'm now involved with.

Needed to work on features and design for an early stage startup business; with 5 year plan to sell out to major media retailers.

Will be paid in stock option to pay out dividend over time as well payout on sale.

Financials and projections will be discussed with serious applicants only.

Wordpress is using an extensive premium theme as the backbone of the site. Which is why the owner chose to go with it. Re-creating such a site would be fair work for the developer.

However if the developer is willing to put in the work for their share and would rather dev on a custom coded platform rather than WP it would be acceptable. But it would include a great deal of user and content management, as well as the creation of a paypal gateway.

The hope is that ones the business is stable the developer could be hired full time to upkeep the project they are most familiar with.

Recreating ANY theme in Joomla is all in a days work. The rest depends on the nature of the user management. I'll drop an email this evening or tomorrow.
