It turns out i have not been changing my anchor text up enough. I obviously need to change this!

Can you guys give me some tips on how to knock up some good resource boxes please?

I learned a lot from reading other articles but the best advice I have read was to write a contextual few sentences with the links (use spintax too)

Do NOT write something like: Visit our site for dog food tips.
Instead write something contextual: Dog food tips are important for taking care of dogs and their health.

Obviously your link would be in there behind keywords or keyphrases but the SE's treat the contextual sentences better.

should i include my links inside the resource box or inside the article itself?

Both...

Most article directories allow 2 links max in the bio and 1 HTML link max in the body.

See my AMR Tips thread:

i would suggest using the links only on resource box. lot of sites don't accept links in the article body so if you submit with amr with links in the body, your success rate will be lower.
