you need to create privacy policy page
if you want simple solution, just search at wp plugins for 'privacy policy'
you'll fine some plugins make this page for you.

What I'm confused is on the reselling the services on a webpage. Like what did you write in your webpage where you prmoted the offer? Did you just writing about the service you were offering? Did you target any specfic keyword to make them land on your page or did you try to get as much direct traffic possible buy directly publishing the link on different pages.

HOw much did you write for each website? How many article did you publish on it? Did you blast the articles directories which had your article?

If a person visits your site and see that your site is new, maybe the person won't buy because they haven't trusted you yet.

How can you make people trust you that you are trusted seller?
Did you give something in your site?

Because in Internet Marketing ----> Pay first and you get the item.

Some of the services were as low as $10. I don't think people had issues paying that.

I also told them that their payments are sent through 2CO, a safe payment processor and it worked.
