Where to sell my site?

I have a small site that is offering a sharecash download. I'm getting about 100UV/day which means i get somewhere between 1-5 conversions/day. It's not much, so i was wondering where would be the best place to sell it.
Also from what i;ve read on this forum, i understood that i can sell a site for about 12 months worth of its revenue. Lets say my site gets about 2 conversions/day which means about $2/day in sharecash. Does that mean that i can sell it for $600-$700?

Try your luck with Flippa. Usually revenue generating websites sell for a good price at Flippa. And 12 month revenue for price determination is just to get a rough idea, it could differ in different situations but in most cases, yes, it is used to determine the ballpark price.

15+ watchers is usuaully good. Then again a seller with 0 feedback and no featured elements to their listing probably won't get that much hits for your first site.

You can also try your luck with DP, yeah I know that's the place where you will get less money, but it is free atleast.
