Gonna add a Referral program too

How it works? The Referral function mode allows your users/authors invite others to join this site. It works very simple: each user will find in your profile a personal Link to copy and send to friends. In this way, users who sign up through that link will become "sub-affiliates " user who invited them.
So if you want to encourage the invitations, then get a percentage (which you decide) on the impressions generated by articles written by friends invited!

for example: If Luke invites two friends, John and Mike, and write these 3 items each, pub_id [adsense id] Luke will appear in these 6 items according to the percentage that will set.

Good question, The method of revenue generate is done by adsense. You will need to have a adsense account.

If you dont have a account I will help you to get a account directly from adsense.

This is how it works.

You write a article and that article will be viewed by lets say 100 people then you will earn 70% money from your adsense account if those people click your ads in your article. So by the referral program too you will earn 5% from the ads which will be click from the members you refer [Big Plan but you will be fine when you work ]

I am little doubtful about the functionality of individual AdSense account of the writers, First of all it is very difficult to obtain Adsense account these days, and writer could be from any country as you know.

If you are not sure try making a new adsense account and put the payee name for one of your relative and his/her home address and have a go.

If you can get a adsense account approved then ask me i can get you a one.
