I can hire a complete new team for the same work stated by you
But I would like to get paid hourly @ $13 per hour per seat and can get you 5 seats to start with and then increase it to 100 or 1000 as per your requirement

5 seats to 100? No offense, but I just get the feeling that you're over exaggerating things

I have owned/worked in call centers all my life... I can get someone to do this for you... In USA as well so no crazy indian accents. How many calls are coming in? Is it an online CRM the leads are posted to? How do you do your advertising? I have very experienced sales people in Home Security who have done DirectTV and Verizon FiOS before.
