Links are not indexing?

I'm building lot of backlinks to my 6 months old site. But still webmaster shows only 230 links indexed and google search result show around 260 indexed. I used to ping my links also.
What should I do for index my backlinks?

Also check backlinks by other tools also like SEOSpyglass etc
