Can I do anything with this?

Hey guys!

I was just lurking the templates and theme downloads section of the forum and I found a really nice theme. Problem is it's HTML and not wordpress. I have 0 coding knowledge so I'm wondering is there an easy way for me to change all the info without ruining the design or functionality of the site? I already tried to use Xsitepro but that didnt work. If I was to hire a freelancer how much would it cost me?

Perhaps Adobe Dreamweaver? I'm not good code otherwise I could have edited with notepad

Download wamp server to "host" the site on your computer then edit the theme with notepad++. It's a simple theme and will be very easy to modify if you just changing the text and images. It will be easier than you think. Just save a copy of the original files so you can revert back to them if necessary.

I've opened up everything with notepad, replaced the text with what I want. But how do I remove the images and stick text in it's place? Is there any code to it?
