I cant understand...how threads bumps in BHW ?

will it bump for new post or is there payment for bumping thread?

There are no bump fees like on WaFo.
The users that have questions or comments normally bump, and once in a while a OP will bump. As long as its not abused to an excessive degree, mods wont really mind the OPs doing it.
